**Pickup Instructions** Notify any cashier of your online order, then go to the right side of the display case for pickup—no line necessary.&nbsp; For questions, ask staff. If you can’t make the pickup time, call us 30 minutes ahead to adjust. We’re here to help!

Store Pickup

Please choose a delivery time window. Most items come in an insulated cooler with ice. For live crawfish, platters, or oysters, select a time when you’ll be available. Orders will be adjusted for catch weights and market price changes. (e.g., .98 or 1.3 lbs of fish cut vs. 1 lb ordered). Your card will be pre-authorized for the original amount, then charged for the actual weight. If you see two charges, the first is the pre-authorization, and the second is the final total. Pre-authorization funds will be released same day or in 2-3 business days at the latest, similar to gas pumps. Thank you for choosing Safe Harbor Seafood!

All orders for local seafood home delivery must be placed by 5:00 PM for next-day delivery. Orders can also be scheduled up to seven days in advance, but fulfillment is subject to product availability. When you place an order, we place a hold for a slightly higher order total on your card. This pending hold is replaced by the correct charge upon successful packing and delivery. This ensures that suppliers can charge accurate weights for products (i.e. 1.09lb or 0.98lb fish fillet vs. 1lb ordered). If you cancel the order or the payment hold is not captured, the authorization is cancelled and the funds are released back. It&#39;s very similar to the gas pump!

You can cancel your order up until the order cutoff time before delivery or pick up. Because our team starts very early in the morning, we are not able to accommodate changes to your order on the day of delivery.

We cannot accept returns or cancellations the same day of your order but we will do our best to address any issue with your order. You can cancel or change your order up until the cutoff hour for your service region.

Gift cards that are bought online or sent as a gift can only be used to purchase items online for pick up or delivery from the seafood market. Giftcards purchased in store at the market or restaurant may be used in person.

Inclement Weather PolicyWe’ll always work with UPS to resolve any delivery issues, but once your order leaves our facility, delays caused by weather or natural events fall under the carrier’s “Act of God” policy and are not eligible for refund.Since we are billed in full once a package ships, we recommend customers check weather conditions along the delivery route before placing an order to ensure a smooth and timely arrival.
