**Pickup Instructions** Notify any cashier of your online order, then go to the right side of the display case for pickup—no line necessary.&nbsp; For questions, ask staff. If you can’t make the pickup time, call us 30 minutes ahead to adjust. We’re here to help!

Store Pickup

Please choose a time window in which you would like to receive your delivery. A majority of items are packed in an insulated cooler with plenty of ice. For items such as live crawfish or oysters, please select a time window in which you will be available to receive the delivery.

Delivery

Place orders two days in advance for Thursday, Friday, or Saturday delivery. Please note all orders are subject to a $25-$50 handling fee based on package size.

All orders for local seafood home delivery must be placed by 5:00 PM for next-day delivery. Orders can also be scheduled up to seven days in advance, but fulfillment is subject to product availability. In the event of any issues with your order, such as item unavailability, our team will contact you promptly to discuss alternatives or adjustments.We appreciate your understanding and look forward to serving you the freshest seafood Mayport has to offer!

When you place an order, we place a hold for a slightly higher order total on your card. This pending hold is replaced by the correct charge upon successful packing and delivery. This ensures that suppliers can charge accurate weights for products (i.e. 1.09lb or 0.98lb fish fillet vs. 1lb ordered). If you cancel the order or the payment hold is not captured, the authorization is cancelled and the funds are released back. It&#39;s very similar to the gas pump!

You can cancel your order up until the order cutoff time before delivery or pick up. Because our team starts very early in the morning, we are not able to accommodate changes to your order on the day of delivery.

We cannot accept returns or cancellations the same day of your order but we will do our best to address any issue with your order. You can cancel or change your order up until the cutoff hour for your service region.

Gift cards that are bought online or sent as a gift can only be used to purchase items online for pick up or delivery from the seafood market. Giftcards purchased in store at the market or restaurant may be used in person. 

Consumer AdvisoryConsuming raw oysters or shellfish may increase your risk of foodborne illness, particularly for individuals with weakened immune systems. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) and the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) caution that raw oysters and shellfish can contain harmful bacteria or viruses that can cause severe illness in vulnerable individuals.

Shipping PolicyShipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout. Safe Harbor Seafood ships using the most efficient method available to ensure your seafood arrives fresh and on time.Shipping Schedule:Orders are shipped for delivery on Thursdays, Fridays, or Saturdays only.To ensure timely delivery, all orders must be placed at least two days in advance by 4:00 PM EST.For Thursday delivery, place your order by Tuesday at 4:00 PMFor Friday delivery, place your order by Wednesday at 4:00 PMFor Saturday delivery, place your order by Thursday at 4:00 PMOrders placed after these cutoff times will be scheduled for the next available delivery window. We do not ship for arrival on Sundays, Mondays, or Tuesdays to maintain quality and freshness during transit. Please not all orders will be subject to a $10-$25 handling fee based on volume. 

Inclement Weather PolicyPlease note that all major shipping carriers operate under a standard “Act of God” clause, meaning delays caused by weather or other natural events are not covered by any shipping guarantees. As such, Safe Harbor Seafood cannot issue refunds for delays due to inclement weather once a package has been shipped.Once your order leaves our facility in Mayport, Florida, we have already paid for the seafood and will be billed in full for the shipping costs—regardless of whether the carrier delivers on time.We strongly encourage all customers to check weather conditions for their local delivery area and along the delivery route before placing an order. If there is a risk of significant weather disruptions, please consider placing your order for a later date to ensure your seafood arrives in peak condition.
