Store Pickup

Please choose a time window in which you would like to receive your delivery. A majority of items are packed in an insulated cooler with plenty of ice. For items such as live crawfish or oysters, please select a time window in which you will be available to receive the delivery. Please note all orders will be adjusted for catch weights. For example you order 1 LB of a Snapper fillet, but when our cutters cut the whole fish, the fillet comes out to 1.4 LB.

Delivery

Place orders two days in advance for Thursday, Friday, or Saturday delivery. Please note all orders are subject to a $10-35 handling fee based on package size. Please note all orders will be adjusted for catch weights. For example you order 1 LB of a Snapper fillet, but when our cutters cut the whole fish, the fillet comes out to 1.4 LB. All items are shipped fresh not frozen unless otherwise stated. When opening your box the ice packs may “sweat” or even melt a bit. There may also be a little liquid at the bottom but this is normal. As long as your seafood is cool to the touch you are good to go! We have tested every single item offered for shipping :)

All orders for local seafood home delivery must be placed by 5:00 PM for next-day delivery. Orders can also be scheduled up to seven days in advance, but fulfillment is subject to product availability. When you place an order, we place a hold for a slightly higher order total on your card. This pending hold is replaced by the correct charge upon successful packing and delivery. This ensures that suppliers can charge accurate weights for products (i.e. 1.09lb or 0.98lb fish fillet vs. 1lb ordered). If you cancel the order or the payment hold is not captured, the authorization is cancelled and the funds are released back. It&#39;s very similar to the gas pump!

You can cancel your order up until the order cutoff time before delivery or pick up. Because our team starts very early in the morning, we are not able to accommodate changes to your order on the day of delivery.

We cannot accept returns or cancellations the same day of your order but we will do our best to address any issue with your order. You can cancel or change your order up until the cutoff hour for your service region.

Gift cards that are bought online or sent as a gift can only be used to purchase items online for pick up or delivery from the seafood market. Giftcards purchased in store at the market or restaurant may be used in person.

Shipping PolicyShipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout. Safe Harbor Seafood ships using the most efficient method available to ensure your seafood arrives fresh and on time.Shipping Schedule:Orders are shipped for delivery on Thursdays, Fridays, or Saturdays only.To ensure timely delivery, all orders must be placed at least two days in advance by 4:00 PM EST.For Thursday delivery, place your order by Tuesday at 4:00 PMFor Friday delivery, place your order by Wednesday at 4:00 PMFor Saturday delivery, place your order by Thursday at 4:00 PMOrders placed after these cutoff times will be scheduled for the next available delivery window. We do not ship for arrival on Sundays, Mondays, or Tuesdays to maintain quality and freshness during transit.Please not all orders will be subject to a $10-$25 handling fee based on volume.

Inclement Weather PolicyWe’ll always work with UPS to resolve any delivery issues, but once your order leaves our facility, delays caused by weather or natural events fall under the carrier’s “Act of God” policy and are not eligible for refund.Since we are billed in full once a package ships, we recommend customers check weather conditions along the delivery route before placing an order to ensure a smooth and timely arrival.
